The purchase of any product from this store implies that you have accepted the following General Conditions of Online Sale. Casa Oliveira sells an assortment of portuguese products on the international market, through online shopping.

Payment Options

Payment for orders can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card (via Netopia) or directly via the Netopia payment link. Payments made through Netopia allow immediate confirmation of the order.

Payments made by bank transfer require confirmation of collection in the bank account, which can be confirmed only 2-3 days after the transfer was made. However, you may send a bank transfer proof as proof of payment, which allows the shipping process to be hastened.It is up to Casa Oliveira to accept the receipt as proof of payment or to wait the necessary time for the purchase to be confirmed by the bank.

Orders

All alcoholic drinks available to be purchased from the Casa Oliveira store may only be bought by adults.

All products will be shipped unless there aren’t enough in stock. The product descriptions shown on the Casa Oliveira online store are based on the descriptions provided by the manufacturers or suppliers of said product. We inform our customers that the images presented on our site may be for demonstration purposes. We guarantee the conformity of the products sold with the terms of the law. All brands, models and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and their affiliates. You can cancel your order, if it hasn’t been shipped yet, by sending an e-mail to mirela@casa-oliveira.ro. Casa Oliveira reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented regarding: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services. The images that illustrate each product may differ from the product delivered later, and the same products may also be sold out. Despite Casa Oliveira's efforts, some products may have an inaccurate price, which is why Casa Oliveira checks prices whenever it processes orders. Consequently, the prices displayed on the site are only indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer. If the actual price of the product is lower than the announced price, Casa Oliveira will refund the difference.If the price is higher, Casa Oliveira will inform the Customer about this situation by email and will wait for his/her decision to accept the new price or to cancel the order within 15 days from the date the email was sent. According to Portuguese law, all prices shown include the respective VAT rates in effect.

If an order cannot be partially or fully fulfilled, the customer will be contacted immediately by our Customer Service to find the most suitable solution. If it is not possible to contact the person responsible for the order within 24 hours of the order, the product will be replaced with an equivalent of equal or greater value. Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed. The order itself without confirmation of payment does not constitute a reservation of the products. All orders placed at the Casa Oliveira store have a maximum payment term of 15 days. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Transport and delivery

In addition to the displayed prices, the value of the transport fees related to each order is added, which is calculated based on the cost offered by the transport partners. Transportation is provided by a express courier service. The cost of transport depends on the weight of the order and the respective delivery destination. The total shipping costs will be calculated automatically when placing the order in the virtual store. The final and total values ​​will always be presented before completing the order and making the payment. These values ​​are subject to change without notice. The transport cost is 20€ for packages that weigh up to 10 kg and 2€/ kg for packages heavier than 10 kg. All products are properly packaged to ensure security and quality on arrival. The customer must ensure that someone is always available during business hours to receive the goods at the indicated address. Failure to receive the order may involve additional costs with the carrier. When providing the address, you must ensure that the address is correct and that all provided data is correct and complete. Failure to provide the needed information may result in delivery delays or return of the order. All products sent by Casa Oliveira must be checked when delivered. If you find that your order is damaged, you must immediately return it to the shipping company, duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and notify Casa Oliveira. The delivery term on casa-oliveira.ro is expressed in working days, has a purely indicative character and is provided by the transport operators. Delays or losses are the responsibility of the transport companies. In general, an order takes about 7 working days to be delivered to Romania. Upon request, the products can be packaged as a gift (for a fee), and/or a personalized message can be attached for the person whom you want to gift it to. If you notice the depreciation of the packages, the courier will draw up a report of the damage and we will be able to take the necessary measures.

Exchanges and replacements

In case of stock depletion, Casa Oliveira is authorized to exchange and/or replace products, with a value of up to 10.00€, with a similar product from another brand. If the customer does not authorize this replacement, he/she must inform in advance.

Returns

Casa Oliveira recognizes the right of all its clients to terminate the contracts they conclude, allowing them to return the products, within 14 days of purchase, under the conditions of Decree-Law no. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 05./20. We will refund the full amount of the product, as long as it is in the same condition at the time of shipment and it’s packaging is intact. The amount will be refunded to the same bank account from which the order was paid. For any questions, requests for additional information or suggestions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Privacy Policy

All data provided by customers will be stored in a secure database, which we undertake not to give to third parties or to use for any purposes other than processing and shipping orders.

If you wish, you can modify, update or delete the registration data at any time, as provided in the law of personal data protection.

Legal Considerations

All purchases made at the Casa Oliveira store are subject to the Portuguese law. Any dispute or discrepancy in the interpretation of the General Conditions of Online Sale will be submitted to the appropriate Portuguese court. If the Client is outside mainland Portugal, Casa Oliveira informs that any legal process must be brought exclusively in Portuguese courts.
